About Ishika
I am a friendly, patient and committed tutor who enjoys helping students learn and develop their confidence in English. I believe every student learns differently, so I take the time to understand their needs and adapt my lessons accordingly.
I have a strong academic background and am currently studying for an MSc in Business Analytics at the University of Greenwich. My previous academic and professional experience has helped me develop strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
I aim to create a comfortable and supportive learning environment where students feel confident asking questions and making mistakes as part of the learning process. Whether you want to improve your grammar, vocabulary, reading, writing or conversational English, I will provide clear explanations and practical activities tailored to your level.
My goal is to make every lesson useful, engaging and encouraging while helping students make steady progress towards their personal learning goals.

My approach to tutoring is friendly, patient and personalised to each learner’s needs. I focus on making lessons interactive and practical rather than relying only on textbooks. I use conversations, examples, reading exercises, vocabulary practice and simple activities to help students build confidence in using English.
A typical lesson lasts around 60 minutes. I usually begin by reviewing previous learning, introduce a new topic or skill, and then give the student opportunities to practise through speaking, reading, writing or grammar activities. I also provide constructive feedback and adjust the pace according to the student’s progress.
I am currently studying for an MSc in Business Analytics and have a strong academic background in computer applications and data science. My studies and previous internship experience have helped me develop strong communication, presentation and teamwork skills.
My lessons are suitable for beginners and intermediate learners, including school students and adults who want to improve their everyday English, vocabulary, grammar, reading, writing and conversational confidence.
