I train using different tools. Games, exercises, presentations, discussions, anecdotes, and pictures are some ways I employ during the session. I make it interesting with my student being the central influence of my teaching plan. I try to remain outside the scope of too much influence and only become a guide if there is a deviation from reaching the task goal.
