About Mina

I have done my ph.d in English Language &Literature. I taught English since last 13 years ago to the different levels . I am able to communicate with all ages and groups. Leadership qualities, Management and Commitment.
During my past job experience, I acquired different skills including Self-Motivated,
Well- organized. Teaching professional career that aimed to reach respect based on the differences in each and every of the pupils, Being supportive, integrated and well disciplined to ensure the success of each and every student

About the lesson

My teaching methods are fixable based on class and student's level.  Active and Group-Based Learning: Including in-class presentations by students and group-based class assignments.
 Incorporation of the Internet and World-Wide Web: I plan to create a website for each class, which would contain at minimum the class syllabus, assignments, class notes, announcements, and electronic bulletin boards among the students and professor.
 Core Projects: Each class should have at least one core project that engages a variety of critical, analytical, and communication skills. These may be individual or group-based. Term papers are one possibility; another is to give them (or have them collect) real data for analysis and interpretation. Another possibility would be to have the students create mock grant proposals, to be evaluated by their peers and myself.
 Teaching assessment: I seek to continually improve my teaching, and so value feedback from students and peers

I have known Mina since I studied in India in 2014. I have lived with Mina for about 2 years; she was my roommate and lovely friend. Mina is a transformative leader. She is a service - oriented leadership, and her powerful motivation is love for the people or students she serves. She is infused with the spirit of service and always ask; "How may I best serve my community, students, friends, and family?" Mina helps others to develop their capabilities, and she convictions of the essential nobility of the human being and her students. A fundamental moral commitment of Mina is investigating and applying truth. Mina has capabilities that contribute to interpersonal transformation, such as; encouragement, consultation, creating unity in diversity and imbuing thoughts and actions with love. She is familiar with methods of teaching. Mina has attitude of love, understanding and caring to all her students, and her students are very special to her. She believes that her students possess hidden gems which she will help them discover. I have recommended Mina to the other Superprof members, because I'm sure that she can be a transformative teacher which helps to personal and social transformation of her students.
