About Dean

When I was in secondary school, I was tasked with helping younger years with their studies. This is likely where I learned to enjoy teaching people to have a deeper understanding of a subject matter.

As I moved through university, I was still struggling with where I wanted to base myself and so landed in a part-time job as a bridal stylist before I quickly built myself up to the Operational Leader for the UK. With this, I was able to get back to developing within a specific subject matter and could feel that it was where I excelled. This success in a corporate setting meant that I had found my niche, and I was able to do what I loved (train and develop) in an area that I fit into really well.

I then moved on from this role into a property management role where I was able to further my adaptability in communication, and now I am ready to get back to my English Language roots. hopefully giving back to anyone who needs a little more help in their learning.

About the lesson

Teaching methods will vary depending on the student. Good creative writing and competent spelling/grammar/syntax comes from hard work, time, and energy from the student, as well as patience from the tutor. This is where I can assist.

A typical lesson worth its salt in information will last between 30 minutes and 1 hour, which is led by the student (we don't want to burn the brain out).

My qualifications are simply an English Language degree, and a career specifying in corporate communication. Communicative adaptability comes naturally to me and this is shown in my day-to-day work.

My lessons would be best suited to those who wish to learn how to speak English coherently, who wish to develop their professional tone, and who wish to increase their knowledge and understanding of how to construct semantically and syntactically sound sentences.
