About Qistina

Hello! My name is Qistina. I am a TESL Foundation graduate with a strong passion for teaching English. I hold a B2 CEFR qualification, scored Band 4.5 in MUET, and achieved 5As in SPM. My goal is to help students build a strong foundation in all areas of English reading, writing, speaking, listening, and grammar. I believe that every student can improve with the right guidance, support, and practice. That’s why I create lessons that are clear, patient, and tailored to each student’s needs and pace. My approach focuses on making students feel comfortable and confident while steadily improving their skills. Even though I am still early in my tutoring journey, I am committed, well-trained, and fully prepared to guide my students towards success. My Tutoring Approach & Class Methodology
-As an English tutor with a TESL Foundation background, a MUET Band 4.5 score, and B2 CEFR proficiency, I focus on building strong language skills in all key areas: reading, writing, speaking, listening, and grammar. My lessons are designed to be interactive, student-centered, and adapted to each student's learning pace and goals.

Teaching Techniques & Methods:
-I combine clear explanations with plenty of practice, using real-life examples and engaging activities to help students understand and apply what they learn.
-I emphasize speaking and writing practice to build confidence and fluency.
-I incorporate reading comprehension exercises and listening activities to strengthen understanding and vocabulary.
-I use simple, step-by-step grammar instruction to ensure students master the language structures.
-I create a positive, supportive environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and actively participating.

Lesson Length:
-Each lesson typically lasts 1 to 1.5 hours, depending on the student's needs and schedule.

-TESL Foundation graduate
-MUET Band 4.5
-CEFR B2 level
-Proficient in all language components: reading, writing, speaking, listening, and grammar.
