About Mathew
My name is Mathew. I am an American with a BA in English Language. I have 21 years of teaching experience in 6 different countries. I have lived abroad since 2003. I have taught all aspects of English, from beginner to thesis editing. I am a world traveler, SCUBA instructor, photographer and lifelong learner. I look forward to meeting you and helping you reach your language goals.

I have a BA in English Language, CELTA and am an IELTS examiner. I have 21 years of experience teaching ALL aspects of English: General, writing, speaking, reading, listening. I have taught exam strategy and content for IELTS and TOEIC since 2013. I not only teach language, but also strategies for independent learning and self-sufficiency. I meet and discuss individual goals and strengths, then create a program with the student to achieve their aims. I give live feedback, corrections and techniques. I offer 30minute - 60 minute sessions for adults. All students have different learning styles and strengths. I am able to work with all levels and needs to attain success.
