About Erica

Hi, I’m a native English speaker with a strong professional background in office and business environments, and I absolutely love helping people unlock their full potential through the power of language and communication.
I came to tutoring through my own passion for learning — I’m currently on my own exciting journey learning Spanish, so I know firsthand exactly how it feels to be a beginner tackling a new language. That personal experience makes me a more empathetic, patient, and understanding teacher who genuinely gets what you’re going through at every stage of the process.
In my professional career, I’ve worked extensively in office settings where clear, confident English communication was essential every single day — in emails, meetings, presentations, and one-on-one conversations. That real-world experience means I can teach you the kind of practical, polished English that actually gets results in professional situations.
Outside of work and tutoring, I’m someone who believes learning should never feel like a chore. I bring a fun, relaxed, and encouraging energy to every lesson so you always feel comfortable, motivated, and genuinely excited to keep improving. Let’s learn together!

About the lesson

lessons are flexible, fun, and completely built around what you personally need to succeed. Every session is different because every student is different — I never use a one-size-fits-all approach. Whether you want to practice real everyday conversation to build your confidence, or you’re preparing for an important job interview and need targeted, practical coaching, I’ve got you covered from start to finish.
For conversational practice, we’ll talk about topics that genuinely interest you — current events, work life, travel, hobbies, or anything you want to discuss. You’ll be speaking real English in a relaxed, pressure-free environment from the very first minute of our very first lesson together.
For interview and job prep, we’ll practice common interview questions, work on your delivery and confidence, polish your professional vocabulary, and make sure you walk into that interview feeling fully prepared and ready to impress any employer.
