About MARION
I am a lecturer at a TVET College, teaching level 2 - 4 English FAL, which is equivalent to grade 10 - grade 12 English at school level. I have also taught Educare subjects post school level. These subjects included Educational Psychology N5 and Child Health N4. I have been teaching these subjects for the past 9 years at the same teaching institution. My qualifications include a BA Degree majoring in Psychology and Sociology, a Post Graduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) majoring in Languages and Life Orientation, a Diploma in Interior Design, a Certificate in Counselling and a 120 hour TEFL International Qualification.

I am an English FAL Teacher employed by the Department of Education. I teach students aged 16 to 60 at both school and post school level. I prefer using the Communicative approach as this helps students communicating effectively in real life situations. I enjoy teaching using face to face communication. I teach English grammar, literature, Communication skills, short and long functional writing. I believe in tailoring my lessons to the needs of my students. I support students through their subject syllabus and focus on both their strengths and weaknesses for them to progress well.
