I have just finished my English degree and have been tutoring English since I graduated as the subject is my passion. I am about to start English teacher training at high school and college level, but, I do still have experience in the classroom and of the current syllabuses.

The way I approach lessons is very much dependant on the student and what they need the most help with. I cater to all abilities. I create my own worksheets and revision activities for them to do outside of the lessons to, not only, consolidate their learning but, also, to help the student discover what revision techniques work best for them. I think this is a huge part of prepping for an exam, especially GCSE, as the student needs to understand how to revise. I will guide them in this, through these revision sheets, but always be receptive when they tell me a certain technique does not work for them so we can work on alternatives.

I have a 48 hour cancellation policy. If you cancel after this period you will be charged however, if you have warned me that you may not be able to make a lesson but not confirmed i will judge this case by case.
