About Florence

In high school, I chose to specialize in English literature as well as in European language. I have always liked languages and I have always been interested in the English-speaking culture particularly. After my Literary Baccalaureate I studied for a year at Coventry University, England in 2016-2017. I prepared a Bachelor in Psychology (Bsc). Then, I decided to specialize my studies in languages. I started a Bachelor of Applicable Foreign Languages in English and in German at the University of Jean Moulin at Lyon 3.

About the lesson

Regarding the first course:

First of all, it is important to assess your current level of English, to know if the fundamental notions in English have been acquired or need to be reviewed. We can then discuss your academic and personal goals.

During an English course:

The course is taught in English, it is much more interesting and fun to be able to learn to express yourself and communicate simply in English! Of course, depending on your level.

Role-playing games, videos, fun materials etc. I am delighted to prepare a lively and informative program! I try to include in the themes and written and oral exercises English-speaking culture and British news.

For the preparation of the GCSE and the A-Levels exams :

Learn to have simple then more developed discussions, be able to express oneself in a sustained way in writing and write a report on a given subject, understand the way English people express themselves, , irregular verbs, stress accents, etc.

For homework help:

I adapt to the student's school program and I encourage him or her in his or her approach so that he or she has more ease in class and can evolve with a methodology adapted to his or her level.

Learning a language is gaining self-confidence and changing your perspective! Speaking English means connecting to the world and seeing further in your studies, in your professional career or even in your personal achievement.
