About Viviane

The Dank Idiomas method is based on Stephen Krashen's theory, in addition to a blend of activities aimed at the total practice of all language acquisition skills, in one hour of class. We offer techniques to unlock conversation and work with modern pronunciation correction and fluency improvement programs. All of our training is focused on conversation and our clients receive continuous feedback from teachers through written and oral assessments.

About the lesson

Hello everyone

I'm Viviane Nogueira, responsible for Dank Languages Teresópolis and today I came to talk a little about myself to you.

I have been teaching English since 2003, I started at a young age, with no experience, but I was lucky to start at a large chain of computer schools that also had English classes. I worked from Sunday to Sunday, and had small and large classes, I had many challenges, but today I see that they were essential in my career. Since then, it's been 16 years, I've worked in several schools, including being a teacher at Dank before I move to Teresópolis. I learned many methodologies, tested several techniques and took many certifications, all of which formed the professional I am today.

Teaching online was a challenge. At first, they were on Skype, then I used other platforms, but I really learned when I started working for Asian schools, I taught classes to public schools in China via web and I taught private lessons to Chinese, Japanese and Koreans. I had several pieces of training focused on teaching online classes for both children and adults and I was able to learn all the necessary and creative tools for a good class.

With all this experience I may say that I learned a lot and I can affirm that Dank Languages' methodology works without offering miracles. The student learns using his reality, the use of pronunciation software guarantees complete learning. The movable school format brings much more convenience to students who can take their classes online or take a teacher and the entire teaching laboratory to them. Dank Languages teacher does not just behave as a teacher, but as a language coach, supporting and motivating the student, so that the student has confidence in learning.
