About Jessica
Hello there! My name is Jessica, and I have a bachelor's degree in Literature and Writing as well as a Master's degree in English. I am a responsible and progressive individual in today’s evolving world, and I believe I have the skillset to help educate and connect with students of the modern world. I’ve been mentoring and tutoring college students for the past four years, and I aim to continue to support and grow with students of all learning ranges to create the most student-centered learning environment possible. Additionally, I have experience tutoring neurodiverse learners of all ages.

I am committed to the success of my students. I will go the extra mile to optimize our time together by doing any necessary research or developing refresher material for you. I believe everyone has the ability to be a great writer. I would describe my teaching style as student-centered; I do not want to make you think or sound like me because I want you to find your own voice (I'll help you do this). The bulk of my background is in teaching college-level students, but I am perfectly capable of guiding middle school and high school students through their writing endeavors. I have found that most students excel when they have the proper tools and a teacher that prompts them beneficially. Your ideas are so unique! I simply help you access the best tools and ignite your beautiful brain to achieve its goal.
