My classes adapt dynamically to what the student is looking for. If it is for work, for example, I encourage them to promote vocabulary or topics in English that are useful or relevant to the student. If it is simply to learn the language, I rely a lot on multimedia material to make the classes more dynamic and less monotonous escaping the traditional methodology Student-grammar book.
