About Asra

Hello, I’m Asra, an English and Personality Development trainer with experience mentoring over 280 learners, from young children to working professionals.

I work closely with students who may feel shy, hesitant, or unsure while speaking. My focus is not just on improving English, but on helping learners express themselves clearly and confidently in real situations such as school presentations, interviews, or everyday conversations.

For younger students, I create a patient and encouraging environment where they feel comfortable speaking without fear of mistakes. For older students and professionals, sessions are structured, goal-oriented, and focused on measurable improvement.

Parents and learners can expect:
• Clear lesson planning
• Regular feedback
• Respectful and supportive guidance
• A safe space to practice speaking

My approach is simple, steady practice, honest feedback, and consistent progress.

About the lesson

If you want to speak confidently in interviews, presentations, or everyday conversations — you’re in the right place.

I specialize in practical communication and Personality Development, with Advanced Certifications in Soft Skills and PDP (Silver Medalist at both Basic and Advanced levels). Over the years, I have mentored 280+ students across different age groups.

Who I Work With:

• Junior Speakers (5–14 years)
Helping children overcome shyness, improve school presentations, and build strong foundational confidence.

• Students & Professionals (16–40 years)
Coaching for interviews, salary negotiations, executive communication, and impactful public speaking.

I strongly believe communication is like a muscle — the more you train it, the stronger and more natural it becomes.

What My Sessions Look Like:

• You speak most of the time (80/20 engagement rule).
• Practical activities like persuasion drills and storytelling challenges.
• Live coaching on posture, gestures, eye contact, and stage presence.
• Immediate, constructive feedback for rapid improvement.

My goal is simple: to help you communicate with clarity, confidence, and presence.
