Tutoring Experience
I have been teaching undergraduate students manufacturing, Mechanical, Electrical and Electronic Systems science 2013. I taught the following courses:
* Manufacturing Processes: Engineering materials processing parameters, Product quality and production costs, Stress, Strain and mechanical properties of materials; Sheet metal forming processes, Bulk-forming processes, Casting techniques; Welding processes.
* Industrial Operation Management: Aggregate planning. Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP). Scheduling for the short term, Decision modelling.
* Design & Analysis of Experiment: Design of experiments and its applications in industry; Hypothesis testing; Analysis of variance; Residual analysis; Block design; Randomized complete and incomplete designs; Factorial design; Response surface, Minitab and SPSS software.
* Manufacturing economics; Labor cost analysis; Materials cost analysis; Overhead cost calculations; Operation cost estimating, Product cost estimating, and Product pricing.
* Industrial System Simulation: Introduction to the concept of simulation including modelling and simulation languages; appropriate inputs to a simulation model, and random number generation, Analysis of the output from a simulation model, Validation of the simulation model, ARENA software
* Computer Integrated manufacturing: Robotics, Automated Storage and Retrieval Systems (ASRS), Automated handling and transport systems, Data identification, acquisition and processing, Communication and networks, Flexible and Cellular Manufacturing (FMS, CM), SolidWorks software.
* Industrial Information Systems: IDEF modelling, Database modelling and design, Expert Systems, Object-oriented analysis and design.

Also, I taught secondary school students in math between 2011 and 2013.

About the lesson

Throughout my experience, I tried many teaching strategies. I ended up with a simple and effective way of teaching. This way can be simplified in the following steps:
* Explain the concept along with examples.
* Add examples from the real-life as soon as possible to help in understanding the concept easily and let the students to remember the ideas by remembering those examples.
* Make quizzes during the class step by step to know how many students get from the lesson and showing their mistake after they complete the quiz.

* Assign homework to students to make sure they get the whole ideas. And to be confident solving the problem themselves.
