About Laura
My name is Laura, I'm a 19 years old brazilian and I study Systems Engineering at UFMG since 2021. In addition, I 've been studying English for 14 years at Cultura Inglesa, and I have the Cambridge FCE, CAE (2021) and CPE (2022) exam certificates.
The university made me realized how important English has become, both in the academic world and in the job market. This fact inspired me to help people learn and maintain their level of the language, passing on the knowledge and experience that I have accumulated during all these years of study.

My teaching style consists in dynamic classes with discussions of current and exciting topics, based mainly on the conversation. As a teacher, I prefer to provide interactive activities that do not rely on textbooks or repetitive exercises.
I focus on students who desire to keep their English speaking up-to-date or people at basic and intermediate levels.
Also, I have some experience in taking the FCE, CAE and CPE exams.
