I like to initially produce an outline example of the syllabus with the student. Then, proceed with writing detailed revision notes of different scenarios and go through practice questions to note any differences between the previous answers and questions.
I can tailor the sessions to your needs and hopefully at the end of each session it will leave you with great revision notes.
