About Om
I am accomplished as an engineer, educator, and researcher & my career embodies innovation, excellence, and purposeful. I did my B.Tech graduation in Electronics and Communication Engineering, which combines a solid technical foundation with a passion for teaching, research, and social service. Over the past six years, I have built a distinguished professional record — spanning industry experience at HCL Technologies, academic leadership as an Assistant Professor at various institutions, research publications, authorship, and community engagement through NGOs.
I began my career with HCL Technologies, where I gained hands-on experience in electronic design, and IT-enabled engineering solutions. During my tenure, I contributed to multidisciplinary projects that strengthened my technical problem-solving, analytical thinking, and collaboration skills. This early corporate experience equipped me with a global professional outlook and the agility to adapt technology to real-world challenges.
Guided by a genuine enthusiasm for education, I transitioned into academia to inspire and shape future engineers. Over five enriching years as an Assistant Professor in Electronics and Communication Engineering, I have consistently demonstrated excellence in teaching, research, and mentorship. My classroom is defined by clarity, innovation, and engagement — merging theory with practice and industry relevance. Students under my mentorship have excelled in academic and technical pursuits, reflecting my ability to spark curiosity and confidence.
I have made significant contributions to research and academic literature. I have published two research papers in peer-reviewed journals, exploring advancements in communication systems, digital electronics, and signal processing wireless sensor networks. My research reflects a balance of innovation and practical insight, aimed at bridging academic inquiry with industrial relevance. I am also the author of a technical book on Wireless Sensor Network Communication, a comprehensive work that simplifies complex engineering concepts and serves as a valuable learning resource for students and professionals alike.
My intellectual depth is further evident in my success in prestigious competitive examinations, including the UPSC Preliminary and multiple State examinations (PCS, ITI Principal, ARO, RO, FRO, AFC). These achievements underscore my disciplined mindset, analytical acumen, and deep understanding of national and administrative frameworks — qualities that complement my technical and academic strengths.
Beyond professional excellence, I believe deeply in social responsibility. I actively collaborate with several non-governmental organizations (NGOs) focused on education, youth development, digital literacy, financial literacy, and ethical values.
