About Simone

I recently graduated with honours with a bachelor’s degree in Engineering Physics. My degree involved numerous math and physics courses, which were challenging but I also enjoyed them as I was very interested in the subject matter.

In high school I also took AP calculus and AP statistics, as well as three other non-math AP exams so I’m familiar with studying for these.

About the lesson

Constantly procrastinating about studying? Need help with homework problems? Are you having trouble understanding concepts taught in class? I’m a recent graduate and I’ve seen myself and my peers strugle with all of this. Now that I’ve completed my degree, I’m very confident in my study habits and it has been reflected in my grades.

I specialize in pre-calculus and calculus, but during my time as an engineering student I have also taken classes in statistics, linear algebra, ordinary differential equations, and vector calculus.

I only offer tutoring over Zoom, for the lessons I will share my screen with OneNote open so you can see everything I’m writing. I will also share the OneNote file with you so that you can access it anytime after your lesson. Please only send a lesson request if you are interested in online tutoring. I’m open to tutoring students in other time zones, as long as you are in Canada since that’s the curriculum I’m most familiar with.

Free cancellation as long as you let me know at least 24 hours in advance. If you are late to a lesson, I will still finish at the scheduled time (ie. if your lesson is 5 to 6pm, we will still end at 6pm even if you are late).
