About Mitali
Hello! I'm Mitali, a Computer Science graduate with hands-on project experience in data analysis and applied AI, alongside a strong foundation in math, science, and English built through my own academic journey. I approach every lesson with patience and structure, making sure concepts are genuinely understood rather than just memorized. I've also taken on leadership roles in student communities and tech events, which has sharpened my ability to communicate clearly and adapt to different learning styles. My approach is about breaking down subjects that seem overwhelming into steps that actually make sense; I don't move forward until a concept truly clicks, not just "sounds right." Having been through dense math and science coursework myself, I focus on the "why" before the "how," so students retain concepts instead of memorizing them.
A typical lesson starts with a quick check-in on what's unclear, then a walk-through of the core concept with real examples (and the occasional diagram), followed by guided practice where I catch mistakes early, and a few independent problems to confirm it's stuck, ending with a short recap.
What sets me apart is pairing a strong technical foundation with genuine patience: as a Computer Science graduate with hands-on project experience in data analysis and applied AI, I bring rigor to math and science, while my love for reading and strong English skills help me translate dense material into plain language.
My lessons suit middle school through high school students working on math, science, or English, whether it's homework help, exam confidence, or getting ahead on a tricky topic.
