I believe every student a little bit different. I am flexible enough to change my approach according to the student. Also, many a time student fail to develop interest in studies. I try to make the class lively so that students can find interest and they learn without even consciously trying to work hard. I am very much personal in my approach with all students so that they feel comfortable in expressing themselves. I try to make a balance between too stern and too mild to make sure students remain on track to progress in their studies.
