About Julian
I have been fascinated by math for as long as I can remember. I find it challenging and exciting, and it is the main reason that I decided to become an electrical engineer. Throughout my middle school, high school, and undergraduate studies, I always had help along the way because I believe that students don't always do their best learning in a classroom. Often, students need extra help outside of the classroom to really nail down concepts. I hope to share my passion with other students who may be struggling with certain math/physics subjects.

My teaching style focuses on helping students understand the underlying concepts, not just memorization of formulas. When students understand how to approach problems, they become better at not just the current subject, but faster learners in future subjects too. A typical lesson involves introducing new concepts where the student is encouraged to ask questions, followed by practice problems walked-through by me, then finally practice problems for the student to solve with my guidance.
