No matter where you at with the subject, I make every effort to help the students excel academically while making learning super fun. I too have been through tutoring and it was helpful in the past, therefore I would like to give back to the next generation of students. Progress is progress, no matter how small.

I don't really have a specific teaching methodology. I try to mix up my teaching styles. Sometimes I ask if the student has any particular questions on a topic and problems that they would like to review. Other times I just simply review the topic as if I am introducing a new topic to a class. I may be more consistent with one way or another but I try to mix it up a bit.
