About Luke
I graduated from Arizona State University with a degree in Materials Science and Engineering and a minor in Astrophysics. I’m currently pursuing my Master’s in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering. I’ve always enjoyed Math and Physics and especially like helping others understand challenging concepts. Through helping friends with their coursework, I’ve developed a patient and approachable way of explaining things. I’m excited to help high school students build confidence and succeed.

I make Math and Physics easier to understand by breaking complicated concepts down into simple steps and working through problems together. I usually start by figuring out what the student is struggling with and why they're struggling with it. I am skilled at finding new ways to explain topics in a manner that is able to be understood by the individual. I have both an Engineering and Astronomy degree and am currently pursuing a Master’s in Engineering. I have developed my teaching skills by helping both high school and college aged students.
