About Sayan

I am an engineering student from BITS Pilani (which is ranked one of the Top 7 engineering colleges of India), who has a great interest in learning and teaching mathematics.

I have 2 years of teaching experience during my college years. I have taught many subjects which include - Probability & Statistics, Calculus and General Mathematics. I was also part of the JEE team in my college - which helped underprivileged children to prepare for the Engineering Joint Entrance Exam (JEE)

I have a score of 100% in class 10 boards and 99% in class 12 boards in Mathematics.

I have a JEE Mains Rank - 3298, JEE Advanced Rank - 4659, WBJEE Rank - 298 and BITSAT (BITS Entrance Exam) Score - 342/450

I appeared for more than 50+ competitive exams (including Maths, Science Olympiads and the entrances) during my school days, winning many awards in them. So, naturally, I know various strategies regarding how to crack a competitive exam.

About the lesson

I have a reputation for teaching advanced concepts of mathematics (which includes calculus, probability etc) in a very easy and methodical manner such that anyone can understand.

I teach online using a digital whiteboard, and have the ability to provide you with a clear picture of the concepts.

My Classes would include Live sessions, Doubt solving sessions as well as tests and quizzes, which would be evaluated by me along with detailed and effective feedback.

You would also get to know various tricks to solve lengthy questions in a very short period of time. Also, I have the knowledge of various question attempting strategies in competitive exams which can be very helpful to students.

For someone who is majoring from a top tier engineering college in India one cannot deny his strong grip on science and maths fundamentals.
