About Tavleen
I am a Software Engineer by profession and have worked in this industry for the past 7 years. But apart from the regular job I was also part of a school where I taught English and Mathematics to classes consisting of 20-30 students. I really enjoyed my work and the time spent with the students there.

My teaching methodology varies with the student's age.
I prefer a more pictorial/visual method of teaching (esp for small kids)
more Classroom participation and Discussions
Practice with dictation which would improve the listening and writing skills of students
focus more on spellings and pronunciation.
Apart from these I also strongly believe in giving attention to all the students, identifying their needs and knowing their background so that as a teacher we can pay extra attention.
