About Antara
I am an Engineer, Artist, and art therapist. I graduated from Carnegie Mellon University and also studied Behavioral Neuroscience at Cornell and Yale. I bring diverse perspectives to my therapy sessions. I make connections with clients to understand them better and personalize therapy based on individual needs.

I bring principles from neuroscience, psychology and art. My therapy focuses on DBT, CBT and Performance Anxiety. Previously I held individual and group therapy sessions. I am an advocate of people with disabilities and LGBTQ+ community, and have experience in working with them and under represented groups.
