Where do school difficulties come from?
There are no bad students, there are only bad methods.
In general, the lack of self-confidence leads to a loss of motivation leading to a drop in results, which thus confirms the feeling of departure. A very common vicious cycle in which even parents can find themselves powerless, this is where the private tutor comes in. This is why I adopt in my classes a less academic and more personal approach to overcome these difficulties.
What to do?
With the student, I carry out in-depth work on the methodology to be adopted in order to facilitate the acquisition of concepts and to optimize their restitution during the tests. Each student is different, which is why the first course (offered) consists of setting up a personalized and effective refresher program.
It breaks down into four stages:
- Identifying and filling in persistent gaps
- Establishing effective learning methods
- Integrating reasoning mechanisms
- Learning to render his knowledge
Gradually, the automatisms save time, rigor and autonomy. Motivation and enthusiasm regained, the school future can be considered more serenely
