Hi! I'm Aisha! I’m passionate about helping students discover the beauty of the Arabic language and the depth of its cultural and religious significance. With a degree in Educational Psychology and Arabic, I have spent over 8 years honing my skills as an Arabic tutor, working with students of all ages and backgrounds. Whether you’re preparing for an exam or learning for personal enrichment, I’m here to support you every step of the way. Teaching is more than just a job for me—it’s a true passion. I love seeing the "aha!" moments when students finally understand a challenging concept or confidently pronounce a new word. I’m driven by the idea that every student is capable of success with the right guidance, patience, and encouragement. I want to teach because I believe that learning Arabic—whether for academic, spiritual, or personal reasons—can be a transformative experience. About the lesson

Tutoring Approach & Methodology: As an Arabic tutor, I believe in creating a warm, engaging, and interactive environment where students feel encouraged to ask questions, make mistakes, and grow. I use a variety of teaching techniques to cater to different learning styles, ensuring each lesson is both effective and enjoyable. Personalised Learning: Each student has unique learning needs, and I tailor my lessons accordingly. Whether you're a beginner or looking to refine your advanced skills, my lessons are customised to suit your level, interests, and pace. Interactive Practice: I focus on active learning, using real-life scenarios, discussions, and multimedia tools (like videos and audio clips) to help reinforce grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation. I also incorporate interactive exercises, which include reading, writing, speaking, and listening practice. Focus on Pronunciation & Tajweed: Special attention is given to Arabic pronunciation, with a particular focus on perfecting Tajweed for Quranic recitation. I use step-by-step techniques to help students sound natural and articulate while also ensuring they understand the deeper meanings of the texts. Structured but Flexible Lessons: My lessons follow a structured approach but remain flexible depending on the student's needs. I ensure there's a balance between learning new content and reinforcing previously taught material. Typical Length of a Lesson: I offer lessons ranging from 45 minutes to 1 hour, depending on the student’s preferences and attention span. Longer sessions can be arranged if needed for more intensive study. Qualifications & Experience: I hold a Degree in Educational Psychology and Arabic, which gives me a comprehensive understanding of how to adapt my teaching techniques to various learning styles and abilities. With over 8 years of teaching experience, I have successfully helped students at all levels, from complete beginners to advanced learners, achieve their language goals. I also have experience helping students prepare for the Arabic GCSE and assisting those who wish to deepen their Quranic knowledge. Who the Lessons are for: My lessons are suitable for learners of all ages and levels. Whether you're a young beginner starting with basic Arabic or an adult looking to perfect your Tajweed and pronunciation, I am here to support you on your learning journey. I work with students from primary school age to adults.
