About Reign

With 8 years of ESL tutoring experience, I have taught around 150 High School and College students and guided them in improving their English step by step. I enjoy teaching because it allows me to help students communicate with confidence and understand the language in a deeper way. My teaching approach focuses on building strong foundations in speaking, listening, reading, and writing.

My teaching philosophy is based on patience, clarity, and encouragement. I believe every student learns differently, so I spend time understanding their needs before planning lessons. Some students struggle with grammar, while others need help with pronunciation or writing structure. I create customized lessons that match their goals and help them feel confident as they improve. One of my proudest achievements is seeing students who once feared speaking English begin to express themselves freely.

Many of my learners have improved their exam scores, written stronger essays, and participated more in group discussions. I use real-life examples, conversations, simple stories, and writing practice to help them understand English in a practical way. I also work hard to create a positive and supportive classroom environment. Students feel safe to ask questions, make mistakes, and try new challenges. My goal is to help them build strong language skills that they can use in school, college, and future careers.

About the lesson

My ESL teaching approach is guided by Communication, Flexibility, Creativity, Accountability, and Integrity. Communication helps students practice English naturally, so I include conversations, reading aloud, and listening tasks in each lesson.

Flexibility allows me to adapt lessons to each student’s goals. If someone needs to work on writing, we focus on sentence structure. If another needs better speaking skills, we practice dialogues and pronunciation. I also teach related subjects such as Academic English, Grammar Basics, Vocabulary Skills, Reading Comprehension, and School English.

Creativity makes lessons memorable. I use picture-based activities, storytelling, role-plays, and simple games to keep students engaged. These creative methods help explain difficult topics in an easy and enjoyable way.

Accountability supports consistent learning. I share progress updates, give feedback, and provide small assignments to help students improve steadily.

Integrity builds trust in the learning space. I support students without judgment and provide honest and respectful guidance.

This approach helps students grow in all areas of English—speaking, reading, listening, writing, and grammar—while keeping learning positive and motivating.
