About Jenna
My life mantra is the more positivity you radiate out the more you will receive in return. I have been teaching and working with all different ages of students for years and what remains the foundation of all my work is the care and consideration I try to bring to class each day so I know my students are getting the best version of me so I can bring out the best in them.

I want to cater my class around the individual and their learning needs and desires. Students will help me understand what it is they are hoping to gain through our sessions and I will structure our time to accommodate that. Whether it's spending more time on stretching / flexibility, or taking time and attention to learning intricate choreography work.
My lessons can be broken down into sections of three:
1. Stretch and strengthen
2. Basic technique and skills
3. Movement and Choreography phrases
