About Dean
I’m a vocal instructor with 5+ years of experience and a Bachelor of Music in Songwriting with Voice as my primary focus. My teaching connects vocal performance with modern technology. I use DAWs, studio microphones, and vocal processors in lessons. This helps singers feel confident in creative environments. I guide students through vocal looping and layered vocal work. Tone shaping is explored deeply. Effects are used with purpose. I also teach studio-friendly recording habits. My genre focus includes R&B, Soul, Acoustic Pop, and Contemporary Christian music. Lyric interpretation is essential. We work on phrasing, harmonies, and musical flow. I teach hobby singers and aspiring recording artists. Creativity is always encouraged. Let’s explore the art of storytelling through singing and studio creativity together.
