About Reid

With 6 years of professional experience in teaching Spanish, I specialise in guiding high school and college students towards language mastery and academic success. Throughout my career, I have worked with students of different learning levels, helping beginners build confidence and advanced learners refine their fluency. I am passionate about making Spanish learning simple, structured, and effective.

My commitment to personalised learning sets my teaching approach apart. I design lessons based on each student’s learning style, academic requirements, and personal goals. I believe that one method does not fit all, so I adjust my pace, materials, and teaching techniques to ensure every student fully understands the language concepts.

I focus on developing all core language skills—grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, comprehension, and conversation. About the lesson

My Spanish teaching approach is practical, creative, and student-centred. I focus on helping students understand Spanish clearly and use it confidently in daily communication.

I use creative techniques such as dialogues, role plays, storytelling, visuals, and real-life exercises. Grammar and vocabulary are taught step by step and applied immediately in speaking and writing.

As a mentor, I encourage critical thinking by helping students analyse sentence structures and identify mistakes. I guide them to think logically and independently to build confidence.

Accountability is maintained through regular assignments, practice exercises, and progress reviews. Students are encouraged to stay disciplined, consistent, and motivated.

In addition to Spanish, I also teach communication skills, pronunciation training, vocabulary development, cultural understanding, and exam preparation. My aim is to help students become confident and fluent Spanish speakers.
