About Alba
Hello, my name is Alba and after three years living and working in a city as stimulating as London, I return home full of proposals and ideas, wanting to explore and create spaces of intimacy and honesty with my clients, both online and in person. I am a federated and experienced teacher of Pilates, mat and machines, as well as having extensive experience in teaching disciplines such as yoga, meditation, somatic therapies such as Core Energetics and dance.

My unique and personalized method, based on the combination of the principles of the Classic Joseph Pilates method and my learning and experience with somatic therapies, will allow you to discover and work on the physical and emotional blocks that prevent us from living our full potential, experiencing pleasure and enjoy a body free of tension and its organic and fluid movement. Thanks to the personalized nature of the method, my classes are as crucial for those who want to improve their relationship with physical exercise or simply feel stronger as for athletes who want to improve their performance or prevent injuries, or those who want to practice discipline to improve their physical and mental health in the broadest sense. All ages and levels are very welcome; set a goal for me and let's start this exciting journey of discovery together! Online classes by Zoom or face-to-face classes at home in Barcelona and surroundings
