About Ella
I am a passionate ESL tutor with 12 years of experience teaching high school and college students. I enjoy helping students improve their English skills and become confident in communication.
Over the years, I have taught around 150 to 200 students, which has helped me understand different learning needs. I focus on grammar, vocabulary, speaking, and writing to build a strong foundation.
One of my proud milestones is seeing students who were once shy become confident speakers. Many of them have improved their academic performance and communication skills. My teaching style is simple, friendly, and interactive.
I encourage students to practice regularly and learn without fear. I believe every student can succeed with the right guidance, and I am committed to helping them reach their goals.

My ESL teaching methodology focuses on making learning useful and easy to apply in real life. I use real-life examples and case studies to explain how English is used in everyday communication such as conversations, workplace situations, and studies.
This helps students understand the purpose of learning and improves retention. I focus on motivation by encouraging students and building their confidence in a supportive environment.
I include problem-solving activities like role-plays, discussions, and real-life tasks that help students think in English and respond naturally. I teach with integrity by giving honest feedback and guiding students step by step.
I also maintain flexibility by adapting lessons based on each student’s level, pace, and goals. In addition to ESL, I teach grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and communication skills for complete language development.
