About Dylan
I am an enthusiastic ESL tutor with 12 years of teaching experience and a passion for helping High School and College students achieve success in English. I have successfully guided around 150 students by creating lessons that are engaging, practical, and easy to understand.
My teaching philosophy is simple: learning should be enjoyable, interactive, and focused on real progress. Every lesson is personalized to meet the learner's goals while improving grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills. I use everyday examples and interactive conversations that make English meaningful and easy to remember.
I believe confidence grows through encouragement and regular practice. My classroom provides a welcoming atmosphere where students can ask questions freely, participate actively, and improve without fear of making mistakes. Regular feedback helps learners stay focused and motivated.
Helping students improve their communication skills, exam performance, and overall confidence has been the highlight of my teaching career. Besides ESL, I also teach Spoken English, English Grammar, Academic Writing, Reading Skills, Vocabulary Development, and Communication Skills. My mission is to help every learner enjoy English while reaching their highest potential.

I develop personalized lesson plans that combine grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, reading, writing, speaking, and listening practice. Lessons include real-life situations, interactive conversations, games, and creative activities that encourage students to use English naturally.
Flexibility helps me respond to each student's progress and interests. I regularly adjust lesson content to provide additional practice where needed while maintaining steady improvement across all language skills.
Empathy and compassion help me build a positive classroom atmosphere where students feel respected and motivated. I understand that confidence develops gradually, so I encourage every learner through patience, kindness, and consistent support.
Communication is practiced in every lesson through discussions, storytelling, role-play, presentations, and collaborative activities. Students learn to express themselves clearly while improving pronunciation, vocabulary, and fluency.
Along with ESL, I teach English Grammar, Business English, Spoken English, Reading Comprehension, Writing Skills, Academic English, Vocabulary Building, English Literature, Communication Skills, and Public Speaking.
