I am a certified teacher in Alabama with 15 years of classroom experience. While I have taught all elementary subjects, my primary subject is math (6 years of experience being a middle school math teacher). My strength is helping students understand the "why" behind the math.

My teaching approach is best suited for individuals or very small groups. I prefer to show how math works, giving real life examples to make abstract ideas easier to understand. I am most comfortable with elementary math through the 6th grade but also have strong foundations in Algebraic principles.
