About Denise

I am a University graduate who earned her Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management, and post-graduate diploma in Supply Chain Management. I have strong experience in Customer Service, Human Resources Administration, Purchasing, and tutoring elementary school math. My work experiences may seem versatile, but it doesn't hurt to have more than one skill on hand. I enjoy cycling, running, good novels and great comedy shows!

About the lesson

I like to apply real life situations to math questions, that way my students can are more likely to understand what the question expects from them. Before my student's test or quiz, I create a practice test for them with questions related to their textbook chapter. Pictures can be very helpful and I'll always do my best to include visuals where ever possible. I would also rather ask my student questions as they work to answer a formula, as a way to direct them in the right path.
