I am a fourth-year college student. I have been in the department of education at Mississippi State University. I will be graduating May 2025. I have observed and interned in classrooms for three years now. I have taken several classes on classroom management, child development, and more. I have reviews from my mentor teacher and university supervisor stating how well I have done and how I have improved.

My teaching methods are different for each subject and each child. I try to tailor my lessons specifically to each child in order to create fun, engaging lessons. I prefer to meet the child where they are at rather than what standards say, but I also include standards and objectives in order to create lessons that include my expectations for my students. I have mostly created lessons for second graders, but I have also created lessons for fourth-grade reading and math lessons.
