I always try to find the key points that I consider the student should work in and improve, assisting them so they can internalize the newly acquired knowledge and internalize it to achieve a correct consolidation. Generally, I seek a consensus between how much time the students should dedicate and how much they can dedicate to optimize performance according to the goals and priorities set by the student
We can work a theoretical class lasting from 45 to 60 min or more If the student prefers and practice with didactic software and direct application in practical exercises to consolidate the essence of what has been learned.
