About Elliott

I first graduated with a BBA in Finance from Mississippi State University in 2012.

Then I immediately went on to obtain a BS in Electrical Engineering from Louisiana State University in 2015.

I’ve passed the Fundamentals of Engineering test to become an Engineer in Training, but have not further pursued my Professional Engineering license. Instead I took an accounting job in 2015 at a commodities trading firm. Then in 2021, I began mining various cryptocurrencies.

Now working from home with a flexible schedule, I look forward to assisting others.

About the lesson

My teaching method is mostly focused on assisting high school or undergraduate college students with their existing coursework. First resolving any uncertainties they may be having, then quizzing with unique assignments related to the coursework to make sure the concepts are understood. With mostly math based topics, creating example problems and working them together would be the foundation of my lessons.

I’m known amongst friends to come up with creative analogies to help relate a complex idea to something more familiar.

I also have all of my college textbooks still available to me, and could prepare a custom lesson plan for any skill level based on the students learning goals.
