About Michael
If you would like to better understand yourself as a Coach, to understand your Coaching Behaviours & Performance; then I can be your Mentor, Developer & Educator. I can work online or F2F to educate or facilitate your coaching approach, to plan, deliver, reflect and evaluate coaching, then how to better self-regulate whilst reflecting within and on your coaching, for more effective planning and delivery.

Online or F2F mentoring & support for coaches of all sports to develop and use Observational skills, Reflection & Analysis or Evaluation to better understand Coaching Behaviours as Coaching Performance.
Understand planning and delivery of creative sports coaching to realise objectives for all and fine-tune the coaching interactions & interventions to maintain motivation.
As well as many high-level qualifications in coaching (particularly Rugby & Football), I am also a qualified coach educator/developer, and also hold a PhD in research of coach education & coaching. From my experience of work and research through grassroots sports and elite pro environments plus internationals, my approaches & methodologies can be tailored for any individual, regardless of the level or environment.
