About Dr Cyril

I am an educational psychologist working closely with students and the teaching faculty of schools and colleges to enhance teaching outcomes. I have devised programs based on research in students learning behavior and their life skills, one of which is the Professional Development Program for the teaching faculty.

About the lesson

Sharing experiences and knowledge with the use of activities and role plays along with audio-video sessions is the way my programs are structured. The program has 11 modules that includes Motivation of Teachers & Motivation of Students, Stress Management, Time Management, Classroom Management, Event/Project Management, Talent Management, Learning & Teaching Strategies, Communication Skills, the Neurophysiology of Cognition during Child Development Stages, and mock deliverables.
