About Esme
My teaching method is based on flexibility and adapting to each student’s unique learning style. I believe that no two learners are the same, so I take time to understand their needs and adjust my approach accordingly. I use real-life examples, simple explanations, and case studies to make Economics more interesting and easier to understand. These tools help students connect theory to real-world events, which improves both understanding and memory. I also encourage open discussions where students can express their ideas, ask questions, and explore different viewpoints. With a calm and diplomatic approach, I create a safe and supportive learning environment where students feel heard and respected. This builds trust and encourages confidence. I guide students to think critically, solve problems, and apply what they learn to real-life situations. Besides Economics, I also teach related subjects to give students a broader and well-rounded understanding. My goal is not just to improve grades but to help students enjoy learning and develop skills they can use beyond the classroom.
