About Sarah
My interest in economics began when I first started studying how financial systems and market structures influence economic development. I became particularly interested in understanding how economic policies and business decisions affect the distribution of resources within societies. This curiosity encouraged me to pursue a Bachelor’s in Economics and later complete a Master’s in Economics.
Over the past 7 years, I have worked with students who wanted to strengthen their understanding of economic concepts for academic studies and examinations. Through my teaching experience, I realized that many learners find economics challenging when theories are explained without practical context. Because of this, I focus on connecting economic principles with real-world examples and current economic situations.
My teaching approach encourages discussion, critical thinking, and exploration of different economic perspectives. I aim to create a learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and developing their understanding of how economic systems operate.

My economics lessons focus on helping students understand how economic principles explain the behavior of markets and the decisions made by individuals, businesses, and governments. Economics studies how limited resources are allocated and how different factors influence production, consumption, and trade. In my lessons, I explain economic concepts clearly so learners can understand how economic systems function in real-world situations.
Lessons usually begin with the core ideas that form the foundation of economics. Students first study concepts such as scarcity, opportunity cost, and supply and demand. These topics help learners understand why economic choices must be made and how market forces influence prices and production levels. Once these basic ideas are understood, students move on to topics such as consumer behavior, business competition, and market structures.
Advanced discussions include topics such as inflation, unemployment, economic growth, and government economic policies. Students also explore how economists analyze data and evaluate economic trends in different countries and industries. My goal is to help learners develop analytical thinking skills so they can understand economic developments and interpret financial information with confidence.
