About Jack
I have always enjoyed maths because of the logic behind it: the satisfaction of breaking a problem down, spotting the pattern and building a solution step by step. I studied Economics at university, where I focused heavily on quantitative subjects, and I have been tutoring for four years alongside my studies. I like teaching because it lets me share that problem-solving approach and help students see maths as something understandable and fun rather than intimidating.

I provide online Maths lessons for GCSE and A-level students, focusing on clear explanations and building concepts in a logical, step-by-step way. I am an Economics graduate with four years of tutoring experience, and I tailor lessons to each student’s level, goals and exam board. Lessons usually last one hour and combine worked examples, guided practice and exam-style questions to strengthen understanding and problem-solving technique.
