I started voice repatterning (voice training) sessions with Lucia a few months ago, since feeling dysphoria with my voice and wanting to make it more feminine (being transfemme myself).

My lessons have always been so fun and information-packed. Week by week, I'm noticing drastic improvements in my voice, and each session I feel like something clicks and unlocks, or I'm given exercises to work on which make a noticable difference.

They have a lot of knowledge on both technique as well as the mental aspects of training one's voice. Lucia is a really great teacher! I highly recommend them.

Lucia took on my 15 year old granddaughter as a pupil while her original singing teacher had to step back from work for an indefinite period of time. My granddaughter had already been working on singing for Musical Theatre for 5 years, and needed someone able to help her with the huge variety of genres she would need to sing well in order to achieve her future dreams. This meant working through a whole range of techniques and then also combining them with different characterisations, and expressing a large range of emotions. It took 5 months (and a few teachers) to finally find Lucia.

There was a clear improvement in voice quality after just one lesson. Now 4 months later, I am seriously impressed with the difference her tuition has made. Not only has the quality of my granddaughter's voice improved, but also its strength and the control she has over it.
Her confidence has grown, she looks forward to her lessons, and leaves them invigorated and happy. She loves her new tutor.

Lucia has accommodated all our initial concerns over lesson times, and formats,and we consider ourselves lucky to have found someone who not only understood exactly what was needed, both in singing techniques, and in motivation and confidence, but was also able to put it all into action so quickly and so well.

I came to Lucia with little confidence in my voice. My aim was to start gigging in Bristol, and it was not long before I was singing confidently in my natural voice on stage! She was able to work on my range, breathing and vocal power and I would recommend her!

I came an incredibly long way in only six months! I started with Lucia with experience in singing, however, i was never taught how to use my voice healthily or effectively. I found that in my time with Lucia, I became much more confident and comfortable in my voice than ever before. Lucia is very experienced and professional. I started singing with classical training years ago and want to sing more pop recently. Lucia is extremely helpful in helping me navigate the position of my voice and transitions. Her lessons are always a delight. Lucia is a brilliant tutor, I would highly recommend her! I have been singing for a long time and had singing lessons before, but Lucia is the first person / teacher to realise I wasn't singing in my chest voice at all! She's been amazing at helping me unlock that voice, and I can really see the difference just a handful of lessons in. Lucia is very down to earth and bubbly and has made me feel relaxed during our sessions, which really helps with confidence and trying new styles. I 100% recommend her.

I've had about 18 lessons with Lucia and I've gone from having a very breathy voice and no confidence to actually being amazed at what sounds come out of me! It's honestly been transformative on way more levels than just my voice, but of course the main thing is that by going to Lucia's lessons (even though I am a bad student, not practicing in between and I know progress would be quicker if I did) I have massively improved my voice and my confidence. I love the lessons with Lucia so much they are a highlight of my week - she is very encouraging, I feel very safe to express myself and even when I make "mistakes" I feel her infectious good nature encouraging me to try again and giving very specific, practical, and perfectly on point tips to improve. I can't believe I waited so long, but I am so glad I decided to work with Lucia - she came recommended already by someone else, and I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending her to others whatever level they are at. She is truly an amazing teacher who could easily be charging triple her current rates, so I would not hesitate to book a lesson with her.

English is not my first language but she makes me feel comfortable and I can be authentic in front of her.

I've been having singing lessons with Lucia for about seven months, and I could not recommend her more! She is really versatile, and in this time we've gone through so many singing styles, such as rock, pop punk, jazz, neo classical, ballads, and r&b. She is great at choosing songs for you to learn which you will love and also find challenging. I did not expect to improve this much in ability and confidence in such a short space of time, but she knows exactly how to bring out the best sound in you. On top of all this, we have such a laugh. I felt comfortable in her company immediately. She really puts you at ease with her confidence and gives you such a confidence boost with all the praise she gives. I've already recommended her to a couple of my friends as I feel she has the ability to teach anyone!
