I have 18 years of experience teaching middle school math. This includes 6th, 7th and 8th grades and includes algebra -- my favorite subject! Topics I've taught include fractions, geometry, probability. If you're learning it in middle school, I've taught it!

I want you to realize that math isn't some mysterious subject that only "smart" people and understand and do. Everyone can "do" math. You just have to have it shown to you in a way that you understand. I taught math for 18 years -- I'm sure I can come up with a way to show you any topic that you'll understand! Especially since we'll be working one-on-one.
