I am a 5th Year BALLB student who started working out during the lockdown period. I started off with exercise plans which needed no equipment. As I worked out more often I gained 6kgs of weight working out at home. Now I feel so much more confident about my body.

My methodology of teaching would be so simple to understand that anyone who want to gain muscle would grasp my concept of working out smart and efficiently. My workouts are usually of 15-20 minutes in session and would leave your body pumped up and stiff.
