I adapt to the student's needs to inform their goals of time, objectives and capacity. Foreign English speakers focus more on learning to communicate. Children prefer to learn by having fun. Professionals prefer to learn to give lectures and business guidelines. Each person a plan, each group a goal, each subject a syllabus.
